Mission
DiviQ (Diversity in Quantum) exists to help grow a diverse quantum workforce by providing participants from underrepresented groups the support, education, mentorship, and networking opportunities they need to advance their quantum industry and academic careers.
If you are in Quantum and you are LGBTQIA+, a gender minority, a person of color, a person living with
a visible or invisible physical, mental, or psychiatric disability, neurodiverse (and proud of it), dealing with mental health struggles, struggling with chronic fatigue and or illness, a sex worker, a non-traditional student or researcher, or anyone who feels un-belonging within the larger quantum community for any reason at all, this space is for you.
Mentorship
We’ve paired over 400 quantum students, graduates, and early career professionals with mentors from across the quantum space.
A new industry.
A new initiative.
